This is a huge issue at the college I work for. Some instructors are comfortable with recording their classroom lectures and posting them online - BUT the step of captioning or providing a text transcript is too much work. What are the recommended ways of handling this? The turn-around time and work involved in an instructor making a podcast "accessible" is somewhat overwhelming - and in many instances is a deal breaker.
